This album - 'Earth, Wind, Fire & Rain' - will be on sale at the autumn concerts and can also be bought, along with our other CDs and T-shirts, on the Ordering page. This has 13 new tracks, worked up from the original basic tracks written and recorded by John. Just go to the 'Work in progress' page. We recently got together to watch the video of this April's third concert at St George's Church, an annual event that has grown in audience numbers since the first concert in April 2005. Lots of things to learn from watching it and to add to our planning for the next concert at St George's, which will be on 22 November 2008. It seems a long way off but the time will no doubt rush by, so we need to start planning things now. Last time we wanted to add projected images, stills and animation, to the lighting scheme but the computer and projector didn't hit it off when we set the stage up so we had to abandon the idea. So that's one thing we need to sort out. The other thing is the smoke machine – last time it looked like someone had set fire to the back curtains. The 2007 concert was the first time we'd hired in stage lighting to implement proper lighting design, and we hope to develop this further.
